Refund Policy

1. Overview

At NOVORA, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

2. Eligibility for Refund

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in original packaging.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Items damaged through misuse or accident.
  • Final-sale or clearance items (clearly marked).

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@novoraskin.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back at your expense (unless the return is due to our error).

5. Processing Refunds

  • Once we receive the product, we’ll inspect it and notify you.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

6. Exchanges

  • Want a different size or model? Email us to coordinate an exchange—subject to availability.
