Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday before Noon EST ship the same day. Orders received after Noon EST or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Currently, we provide free standard shipping on new orders.

3. International Shipping

  • We ship to all 50 states within the United States. We do not currently ship outside the U.S.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
  • Use that number to track via the carrier’s website.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can file a claim.
